One of our favourite things on earth is a good lemon ricotta cake. So imagine our utter happiness when we came across this recipe that one of our retailers LeeAnn Yare created using our Buttermilk Pancake Mix. We are down with icing. All the icing. Buttercream, Coffee, Chocolate, you name it.  But there's one type of icing that lends itself sooooo well to any and every piece of baking. Peanut Butter.  Specifically Fix and Fogg Peanut butters, just any of them! Nothing says romance like roses and dessert. This dessert is indeed a romantic stunner and a perfect Autumn dessert. We have rolled up Braeburn apples to create lovely little roses and baked them on top of our blondie mix.
