Some days you want a succulent moist cupcake. Sometimes you just need a cookie! It was a cookie day today.
As luck would have it, Secret Kiwi Kitchen's Chocolate Cake and Cupcake mix doubles as cookie mix too...how awesome is that?
Using SKK's cake mix and making it up just as you would for the cupcakes (which is one and a half cups water) we were able to quickly knock up these delicious chocolate cookies.
Just one bowl and a few minutes of your time=outstanding cookies!
A great tip when making cookies is to use an ice cream scoop to measure out he cookies equally. Pre heat you’re oven to 180 deg and onto a lined baking tray, place 9-12 scoops of cookie mix, depending on how big you’d like them.
Make sure they’re spaced out as the mixture will spread. Pop them in the oven for 10-12 mins.
