Your satisfaction is guaranteed. We're unable to accept returns for our products, but if you feel that there is something wrong with any product you purchased or it was broken in transit please contact us and we will do everything we can to make it right or offer a full refund.
Most of our products use all natural ingredients and source natural New Zealand ingredients wherever we can. If we deem that a product is safer with an additive, we will use the safest option. As moms, we care about everything that goes into our kids bodies.
Orders sent via 'Local Delivery' in Auckland generally arrive next day. Otherwise, orders shipped via courier arrive within 3-5 working days. Please note that we don't dispatch on weekends.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking and shipping information. Simply click on the link in the email or select the ‘track order’ option here and enter your order number and email address or sign into your account.

Our Marshmallow Fluff contains no gluten as well as our fudge sauces. However, some of the ingredients we handle may have come into contact with gluten at supplier facilities, we can’t guarantee there has been no cross-contamination. Currently, we offer no gluten free baking mixes but we have some ideas in the pipeline
Most of our items can be stored in a cool dry place. We recommend placing sauces in the fridge after opening. All our products will have storage and Best Buy date recommendations on the label
