How to Use
As a Rub: Sprinkle 1 teaspoon per serving directly onto meat, poultry, or vegetables. You can, mix with a little oil before applying. Use slightly less for chicken, and even less for seafood and veges..
As a Seasoning: Add to stir-fries, noodles, soups, tofu dishes, or roasted vegetables. For best flavour, sprinkle towards the end of cooking.
