Each pack makes 2 trays of crackers, yielding around 50–60 bite-sized pieces—perfect for grazing platters, lunchboxes, or a healthy snack anytime.

1 cup boiling water

3 tablespoons vegetable oil (e.g., olive or coconut)

Optional: extra sprinkle of flaky sea salt or chili powder

Steps:

Prepare the mixture: In a bowl, combine the dry mix with 1 cup boiling water and 3 tablespoons oil. Let it rest for 15 minutes to thicken.

Divide and shape: Divide the thickened mix in half. Place each portion on a lined tray. Cover with another sheet of baking paper and roll thinly as evenly as possible.

Bake: Sprinkle with extra salt if desired. Bake at 150°C fan / 160°C conventional for 45–55 minutes until golden and crisp.

To cut cracker shapes (optional): After 15 minutes of baking, remove the trays and cut into squares or shapes. Return to oven for another 30–40 minutes.

Cool: Let cool and snap into pieces and keep in an airtight container—they’ll stay crisp for up to a week. Want them to last longer? Pop them in the freezer for up to 3-4 months and enjoy that just-baked crunch anytime.
Ingredients: Cornmeal flour, sesame seeds, chia seeds, rosemary, poppy seeds, cumin seeds, fennel seeds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, dried basil, dried oregano, dried thyme, onion, garlic, salt, and chili pepper.
