Method

  1. Whip the butter on high for 3 minutes.
  2. Add half the cocoa and icing sugar; beat 3 minutes.
  3. Add the rest of the dry ingredients; beat 3 minutes.
  4. Slowly add the milk and vanilla; beat 1–2 minutes to a fluffy consistency.
  5. Spread or pipe onto cooled cakes and cupcakes.
