Method

1. Bake the brownie and cool overnight.
2. Line a bowl with brownie slices; layer ice cream and raspberries inside.
3. Top with a brownie lid and freeze until solid, 5+ hours.
4. Coat the frozen Alaska in meringue and bake at 220°C for 10 minutes until golden.
5. Warm a spirit, light it and pour over at the table.
6. Garnish and slice straight away with a hot knife.
