Method

1. Bake the chocolate cake mix in two 8" tins and cool completely.
2. Whip the cream with icing sugar and vanilla.
3. Cut the cake into squares and layer into a trifle dish.
4. Alternate layers of cake, chocolate sauce, cream and berries.
5. Repeat to the top of the dish.
6. Decorate with fresh fruit or edible flowers.
