Method

1. Preheat oven to 180°C. Prepare the blondie mix per the pack and press into an oiled tart tin.
2. Prick the base with a fork, line with baking paper and dried beans.
3. Bake for 15 minutes, then cool completely.
4. Spread jam or compote over the crust.
5. Whip the cream and fold through marshmallow fluff.
6. Top with the cream, more jam and fresh fruit, and finish with edible flowers.
