White Chocolate Blondie Mix
White Choc Blondie Mix – Baking Directions
Preheat the oven to 180°C / 355°F
🥣 Step-by-Step Instructions:
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together:
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
Slowly add:
150g (5 oz) of slightly cooled melted butter
Stir to combine with eggs and vanilla.
Add the contents of the mix pack, and stir until everything is well combined.
The batter will be thick, like cookie dough.
Line a 20x20cm (8x8 inch) square baking pan with baking paper.
Press the batter into the lined pan.
Bake for 28–35 minutes.
Test for doneness by inserting a toothpick into the centre:
If it comes out clean: it’s firm and fully baked.
If it comes out with a little goo: it will be softer and fudgy.
Tops and edges should be lightly brown and crispy.
