Inspired by the bold, savoury flavours of Korean barbecue, this deeply aromatic blend is built around gochugaru, the vibrant Korean red chilli prized for its earthy warmth, rich colour and subtle fruitiness. Garlic, ginger, black pepper and fragrant five spice add layers of heat, sweetness and umami, creating a seasoning that is bold, balanced and full of depth.
It is especially good with red meat, where the chilli, garlic and warm spices complement the richness of beef and lamb beautifully. Use it for sizzling steaks, slow-cooked short ribs, juicy burgers or Korean-inspired barbecue skewers.

How to use:

- Sprinkle into mince for burgers or meatballs, stir through noodles and fried rice, or use to season roasted vegetables and fries.
