White Chocolate Lemon Blondies

A bright citrus twist on the blondie mix — a customer favourite (thanks, Happy Tummy NZ).

You'll add

60ml lemon juice + lemon zest to finish

Method

  1. Whisk the eggs and butter with the lemon juice.
  2. Stir in the blondie mix until combined.
  3. Pour into a prepared pan.
  4. Bake about 30 minutes until just set.
  5. Cool completely, then finish with lemon zest.
