S'more Skillet Pan Brownies

Campfire s'mores, indoors and any time — a fudgy skillet brownie on a buttery cookie crust, topped with toasted marshmallows.

You'll add

Crushed graham crackers or digestives, butter, marshmallows & chocolate

Method

  1. Mix the crushed cookies with melted butter and press into a greased skillet.
  2. Bake the crust at 180°C for 10 minutes.
  3. Prepare the brownie mix and pour it over the crust.
  4. Bake for 25–27 minutes until set.
  5. Top with marshmallows and grill on low until toasted — watch carefully.
  6. Scatter with chocolate, cool, then slice with a hot knife.
