Wickedly Good Peanut Butter Icing

All the icing — this peanut-butter frosting is fluffy, moreish and made for chocolate cake.

You'll add

Peanut butter, icing sugar, butter, vanilla & a little cream

Method

  1. Combine the peanut butter, icing sugar, softened butter, vanilla and salt.
  2. Whisk for 5 minutes until pale and creamy.
  3. Gradually add the cream while beating.
  4. Beat a few minutes more until fluffy, scraping the bowl as you go.
  5. Spread or pipe onto cooled cake.
