Ginger Molasses Muffins

Sweet, spicy and comforting — the Vanilla Cake Mix turned into warmly spiced ginger muffins.

You'll add

Ginger juice, candied ginger, warm spices & molasses

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C and line a muffin tin.
  2. Prepare the Vanilla Cake Mix, using ginger juice in place of the water.
  3. Fold through candied ginger and warm spices.
  4. Fill the cups two-thirds full and drizzle molasses over the top.
  5. Bake about 30 minutes until a skewer comes out clean.
  6. Cool on a wire rack.
