Chocolate Fudge Stout Brownies

Super moist and dense with a malty depth from stout — reminiscent of sticky date pudding.

You'll add

1 egg, 1 cup stout & 1/4 cup oil or butter

Method

  1. Heat oven to 180°C.
  2. Mix the brownie mix with the egg, stout and oil.
  3. Pour into a lined 20x20 cm tin.
  4. Bake 32–40 minutes to your preferred texture.
  5. Cool 10 minutes before slicing.
